Terms and Conditions of Trade and Terms of Use or any other agreements and/or policies notwithstanding, we will exchange or issue credit or offer refund at the sole discretion of Alan T Litchfield and Karol M Wilczynska trading as AlphaByte, within 7 days of delivery and with proof of payment and when a request for Refund or Return (the “claim”) have been satisfied according to the Terms and Conditions of Trade.

To be eligible for a claim, ordered items must be in the same condition as when they were when delivered and in its original packaging.

To start a claims process, contact us at info@alphabyte.co.nz. We contact you to determine your requirements and how they have not been satisfied. Then we can send you instructions on the return of your delivery. Return shipping costs are typically covered by us in the event that a claim has been satisfied.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

A claim against a damaged order will only be accepted if the items were damaged upon delivery to you and not damaged after they were received. We do take great care to check orders before they are sent out to you.

For a claim against an order that was incorrectly produced, we will seek to replace the order. If an order cannot be replaced, then we will provide you with a full refund.
